I figured out where James picked up that guy in London by finding where that hotel used to be, it was litterary a 10 minute drive away from the destination.....

No. This was filmed in 2007 and the Wikipedia page for the 2007 Brit Awards says British Male Solo Artist was won by James Morrison. Maybe for the best... Lemar does say that it's his first time being nominated for best male which isn't right because his Wikipedia says he was also nominated in 2005.

Interestingly what James may said about the congestion charge is wrong. The car is registered as a TOPGEARSAAB/ALFA. What is more concerning is that it is registered as red.
Incredibly, James came up with the best design. His car was the least shot in the anti-terrorist challenge, it was the best in the water cannon challenge and it was the easiest to get through the tight streets of London.
