Money saving, homemade fitting kit for Thule Omnistep for Citroen Relay, Peugeot Boxer, Fiat Ducato or adapt idea to your own vehicle. This step has been used extensively since I used my DIY kit. There are no signs of it failing or coming loose. Plus the weight of my kit is considerably lighter than a welded steel frame plus no corrosion. From Jan 2023 I’m going to try and up my game with regard to editing etc.

Ah here, there's a couple of major flaws in this video....firstly, you are actually your beautiful assistants 'handy bloke to have around' Secondly, I noticed Lisa was the first one to test your brackets, had the brackets failed I'm sure she would have brought you grapes, 😁

Really Good video, the steps are very pricey and the fitting kit adds another lump of change. It always amazes me the stuff people have 'just lying around the garden, if someone didn't have stuff like that, again, just lying around the garden. Try the skips outside building sites, uni strut is used by 3lectricial contractors and hevac installer's. Sometimes and simple ask might just get you a bit of an off cut. Always ask to take even small bit, it's good manners and you might even get other useful bits thrown in too.

I surprised myself at how easily it fitted. Of course I can’t speak for other types of vans. Haven’t wired in yet cos I’m gonna fit a relay to auto retract. And of course I’m not paying £18 for theirs. Thanks for watching.
