I have been meaning to ask you this, since we are in this fermented food project, I would like to bring upto u about "Kombucha" and "Milk Kefir" and other fermented items which I've been following very closely lately in order to understand how to make it from scratch. Yet there are certain areas i dont seem to comprehend. So i went ahead to do it myself with things i could find. Well, if you have known about them, pls do explain to us in detail. Or if not, do have a honor to introduce them to Tamizh people. They are very healthy they say. Good for guts.

At this stage, I'm a little worried that may have slipped up with something. But either ways I'll take it as learning. If i see some result I'll share it with u.
