If you look at the ingredients on commercial non dairy creamer you will be a little shocked. I make my own. You can customize it and it lasts long term in the pantry.
Powdered creamer
1/2 cup powdered sugar or do like I did and run 1/2 cup sugar in your blender to make you own

1 Tablespoon coconut oil
Add ins if you desire - 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, cardamom, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for chocolate creamer, vanilla powder, thing of all the options!
