Tengo una cuestión: para tejidos más finos, algodón por ejemplo, que necesitan un entramado más apretado, puedes cambiarle las piezas centrales y seguirá funcionando bien? Muy buen trabajo con el diseño del telar , podrías subir el plano con las medidas del las piezas del telar , ya que mediante el programa que recomiendas no se puede visualizar, saludos.
gracias, no dispongo del plano con medidas, solo hay el diseño 3d que se puede abrir desde sketchup, y esta aplicacion para PC donde se puede ver el funcionamiento del telar, blackroomgs.itch.io/power-loom-3d
Ok thank you bro.on the 3D plan the motor is marked 2hp1820rpm except you gave me 2hp 1750 rpm i hope that does not cause any problem. So as i understand it can use a 75hp-150rpm motor without a gearbox for normal loom operation
its 20hp-75rpm, but I doubt that there is a motor with these characteristics, for that reason a reducer is required, a simple reduction with belts and pulleys
For example if i want assemble the machine without reducer, a direct connection without reducer you advise me what type of motor of what power for normal operation of the loom
