I always cook the rice powder before i served to my baby. The rice is uncooked if you only put hot water on it with out boiling.

So what would nutritional value be roughly? As with it just being rice it wouldn't have the extra added vitamins etc as the branded baby rice. I'd be interested though to know calories and carbs etc. Great idea.

When you prepare it add some of your baby formula or breast milk to make it more nutritious and baby will like it more. Also you can mix it with vegetable purées

Yes you can use it in the bottle. Try to give max 1 ounce to babies 4 month old. And gradually increase the quantity as babies grows

You can not make or store the cereal using boiled rice. But you can give your baby boiled rice separately

No. Cook it in water first and then add breast milk normal temp. Breast milk cannot be heated or cooked
