Such a good informative video but I feel let down and discouraged by the fact that there are no answers to mommies' questions in the comment section. Moms who r genuinly interested in trying it, some even new mommies that don't know what's okay to add to the cereal. It's a shame coz it's such a good video

I am doing this to my babies. I add milk and serve on their feeding bottles.. i also add green beans.. it taste very well. My babies are heavier than those baby with the same age.. i started doing this when my babies reach 4 months.
You can slowly start introducing the cereal. It will help your baby sleep better. You can add a little in the bottle to get your baby used to the thicker consistency. You may end up needing to SLIGHTLY puncture the hole in the nipple to allow for an easier flow. For a 5 month old, I personally would put about a scoop or less. (In the bottle. 2-3 x daily ). You can mix 1 -2 scoops of cereal w/ stage 1 baby food as well. The cereal helps thicken up the runny puree
priti talwar Mine is 5 months and I try to give her 2 solid meals a day. A fruit or porridge between 11am & 1pm then Veg at round 6pm. All meals are followed by milk 45mins later because baby still wants her milk. Best of luck x
Yes you can if the baby can atlst sit on her own.you can start 10am 1- 2 tbsp and see whether she likes it.give one meal for three days consistently to see whether there is any reaction like allergies and then you can change to another type .
