You make the best miniature tools on the internet. Your attention to the smallest details is outstanding. Thank you for sharing your ideas with all of us!
I do not understand your comment - he is using plastics for his projects. He is showing in this video how he made a miniature belt and disk sander combination tool out of plastic, screws, bearings, etcetera. What other type of plastic do you mean? Please share. Thank you.
@@arshan7973 If you listed all the dimensions and measurements of the device in detail, the video would be very long, wasting viewers' time. So I only give the main sizes and measurements, so that everyone can use them to visualize other sizes and measurements, like I did when creating this machine. Can you let me know what size and measurements of the parts you need, so that I can accurately provide those measurements to you. Thank you for your interest in the video.
@@QuangMinh_Selfconstruct yes you mentioned some dimensions and measurement But I am not focused on some dimensions I have watched videos many times but do not understand mostly part dimensions ( Box in side bottom, hol , small part size , bearing part size etc ) please share everything if you possible for me
@@arshan7973 All shafts used for the machine are 8mm shafts, the distance from the round disc to the bearing support is 50mm, the 775 motor holder has a circumference of 75mm*70mm, the circular disc circumference is 130mm, the sanding table holder long has a circumference of 165mm * 50mm, the distance from the surface of the box to the long sanding table is 24mm. You don't need to make all the machine parts the same size as mine. You just need to base on the main circumference size to make other parts accordingly. When I built the machine I did the same, because before that I had no drawings, dimensions or measurements in advance. Thank you very much for your interest in the video.
