@@potati4097despite popular belief, coconut doesn't really taste like coconut. I would relate it closer to skim milk in taste personally. I work at a coffee shop and for some reason customers think adding coconut milk to their lattes will make them taste like coconut. It won't 🤣💀💀
I thought I'd use coconut as well but unfortunately a lot of it has saturated fats which .. isn't good. I'll probably do Greek Yogurt and a bit of Almond milk instead
Strawberry ice cream looks amazing. Is there a recipe. How much strawberries and how much maple syrup. I want to make this. Next week my daughters 2nd birthday whole lot of girls coming over. Pleaseeeeee help me out.
@@veronicatiffany777Yes, which makes no sense. The sugar content in maple syrup consists of about 88 to 90% sucrose and about 11% glucose and fructose. It’s in no way healthier than refined sugar. Keep your sugar levels - _all_ sugar levels - low and you will be fine.

Sugar, that tiny crystals (white and brown), that’s what most people buy in markets to sweet their foods, tea, coffee and many more, more precisely: Sucrose, _IS_ refined sugar. Extracted from sugarcane and sugar beets _and then refined_ , almost without exception globally. I find it staggering that you get more likes on your meaningless (not to say: wrong) comment, most likely from people who try to keep up their illusion of a high carb energy which doesn’t harm them when eating lots of it. There is no such. It stays upright: keep your levels of sugar - all sugars - low and you’ll be fine.
Just found your channel and love your recipes😍.. I really like trying to make my own ice-cream especially the healthier version but it always crystalizes I've tried putting a pinch of salt but still crystalizes.. Please, What can prevent this? 🤔😢

Allulose, stevia, or other alternative sugar. Some can even use coconut sugar. It metabolize as much slower than regular sugar. But some cannot. It’s best to test your glucose 90 minutes to 2 hours afterwards just to see what works for you.
When you put strawberries in a blender, the strawberries seeds get pulverized & the pulp of strawberry is what makes it taste good. If you want just the juice, put the strawberries in a juicer. Strawberry seeds are not like blackberry seeds.
nope! maple syrup is optional, any other flavoring is optional aswell! i made it without maple syrup and it tastes soo GOOD!! (ps. add suger to taste!!)
