Homemade Sweet Chilli Sauce!

Hey Friends! In this video we made some sweet chilli sauce and sealed them in our glass jars/cans to keep on our pantry shelf! This method of canning does not require a canner! The chilli used are homegrown from my garden, then I had cleaned and prepared, then stored in the freezer.

Recipes:
Sweet Chilli Sauce:
- 400g chilli
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
1. Remove seeds and ribs from chilli, finely chop them in food processor along with the garlic.
2. Add all ingredients to a pot, over medium heat cook until sugar has dissolved then set a timer for 30minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Have glass jars/cans in boiling hot water, once sauce is done drain a glass jar from the hot water and instantly fill with the hot sauce, wipe rim with vinegar, add a brand new lid and a ring and turn to finger tip tight.
4. Let sit for 24hrs to cool completely and for the jars to seal.
Make sure after 24hrs to check that the jars had correctly sealed, any jars that did not seal correctly must be stored in the fridge.
