First of all, note down the ingredients:
• Tomatoes- 5
• Salt
• Sugar-¾ Cup
• Cardamom Powder- ¼ Tsp
• Ghee - 1 Tsp
Now the recipe is as follows:
• Take 5 Tomatoes
• Make a slit on the top of all of these tomatoes
• Now take a saucepan
• Put these 5 tomatoes for boiling
• Boil them for 8-10 minutes
• Once boiled, peel off the skin of tomatoes
• After peeling off the tomatoes, put them back in the saucepan
• Mash them properly
• Now take a flat pan
• Transfer the content of the saucepan into the flat pan
• Add some salt
• Cook on medium-high heat
• Add Sugar
• Stir often until thickened
• Now add Cardamom powder
• Add Ghee
• Transfer to Bowl
