Recipe: Blueberry Muffins 375°F Grease muffin tins. Dry ingredients: 2 c self-rising flour 1 ½ c sugar Wet ingredients: ½ c whole milk ½ c oil 2 eggs 1 t vanilla Stir together ingredients until just combined. Stir in 1 to 1 ½ cup blueberries. Wild blueberries are best. Spoon batter into muffin tins, half filling each cavity. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. Makes 10.
