Dr Mike please tell when u eat food and due to food response insulin releases from pancreas to maintain glucose level to Target site and maintain physiological level ...but Dr Mike point is here u say negative feedback -if stimulus increase effector decrease and vice a versa but Dr Mike in the case of insulin then insulin inhibit to increase glucose levels in blood at very high level and maintain in a range and this rangeay be between upper and lower limit ...and my conclusion regarding negative feedback is Negative always goes to Result to cause and If we say stimulus opposite to effector or vice a versa then this is not true becoz it may be stimulus not feedback so please reply me
