Oh my gosh NOBODY told me about this. We all assumed the rate would be low. Thanks to you I just got my quote and it was $9 less than my lender estimated 🙌🏽🙌🏽 but I was stressing 😰
This is exactly why your CAR gets Repo. Practically no one checks the Insurance premium. You lose the vehicle because you can't afford the note and insurance. Toward the end of the vid, she politely says before you buy, check if they will even insurance the home. You may just bought a lemon 🍋 The seller will be thrilled.
Wow my closing is on the 15 I got the approval for the mortgage today an they will issue clear to close just asked that I attach my recent two paychecks and home owner insurance paid one year 😳 now I get the paychecks we went into contract July 8 had an accepted offer on June 26 reason it’s been so long of a process is the seller was trying to buy a home far away from here I am New York, and taxes and homes are insane we’re not all that far from NYC an the city seems to have moved up state here. So it’s been a process an I’ve had to update with pay stubs and bank account records but NO ONE told me about home owners insurance 🤦♀️ I didn’t know to pay it in full for the year I am getting an fha loan because the closing costs are so great I just couldn’t handle conventional at this time, my interest is locked at 2.75% everything has been wonderful, but my realator and lender never said a thing about home owners insurance 🤦♀️ I have really learned more from you then them, they are a great group of people high reviews but I think became so swamped with people moving from nyc they just forgot me a bit lol 😂 now I’m like omg I need quotes an I will have to shell out a year in advance 😭💔
Man I’m so sorry that happened to you! I know that can some times make or break someone’s ability to buy a house especially after shelling out so much money already!
Hi Jennifer, what are your thoughts about the optional owners title insurance? The home in question is 4 years old with 2 previous owners. Would it be safe to opt out of this or a must have?
Hi , about the story of the person who had a car run into her house , should have had the person who caused the damage pay for everything and not make a claim with her home insurance.
Is it beneficial to stick with one insurance for a long period of time or shop around? Do they usually drop you even if you have stuck with them for a long time?
