My dad passed away in 2003 at age 94. Listening to this album takes me back to when I was his little girl & listened to this with him. What memories. I haven’t heard it since then and yet still remember some of the gags on this album. Always made my heart warm when he’d laugh at these two guys, cuz he had such a stressful job & didn’t laugh too often. Thank you for uploading this. Brings back precious memories. 😊💜
This was recorded the year I was born and somehow ended up in our album collection in the 60’s so I was listening to this album almost all my life good old fashioned comedy.
I got this record in 98 or so from a flee market in Florida for about 25 cents my pop gave me the Fractured Folk Songs album after that he said "try to play this one out my kids tried and couldn't" just this weekend my brother gave me Don't Be Cornfused. I love Home and Jethro
I have this album! For all of my life, I listened to this and loved every single minute. My copy is long in the tooth and has lots of pops. hiss and skips. Thank you very much for the upload!!!
Since the death of Homer, ... one really needs to hear Jethro go jazz on his mandolin, ... he was a great master of his instrument. The 'chomps 'of chords and fretting is amazing!
