How is the neighborhood ? Is it safe to invest in Apopka considering no Publix or anything nearby this community, more than anything closer to pine hills? Please pour in your inputs.
@@sonykotha-d5e it’s an new area so not a lot of development yet but groceries stories, hospitals and schools are within 20-25 mins you are far enough to have more bang for your buck on the size of the homes but close enough to amenities that you don’t feel like things are super far
@@sonykotha-d5eabsolutely. A lot of people are priced out in winter garden, clermont and buying in other areas close by such as Apopka, minneola, mount Dora etc
