Betty is the first Barrow character to return for the second consecutive chapter, in this case, Smart House, after her debut in the Train Station. Rachel does not count as she only returned in the Theater after being absent in the Mineral Spring following her debut in the Left Wing

Season usually lasts fo about 30-40 days. If You buy golden ticket and claim the main reward it statys for good.

It looks like they increased the stars required. When I went through this area today it took me 87 stars instead of the 68 listed here. It felt like they had been increasing the number of stars and this confirmed it. :-(
