We are on year two of using the Alveary, and we love the breadth and depth of it. The book lists are an amazing resource. The music and art studies have enriched our lives. Lesson plans are so helpful too! Between Mason's volumes and the Alveary, we've been blessed with two wonderful tools to continue transforming our home to a place of peace and rest. Miss Mason's wisdom, combined with the Alveary, have been so enriching for our family.
Thanks so much for this candid review! It help us so much to get feedback from our members so that we can continue to improve our curriculum. A couple of changes to note: 1) This year we completely reworked our science curriculum with funding from Templeton Worldwide Charities. This process included choosing more updated and rigorous books starting in Form 2, writing lesson plans that reflect Mason's philosophy, and vetting by university science professors. It's a huge step forward, and I hope you will come check it out! 2) We have been working on making the delivery of our vast resources more user-friendly, especially for the non-tech-savvy. Thanks for the helpful review. My daughter loves science (but I also don't love nature study) and I need something that doesn't take a lot of prep and I've been hesitant to do Alveary so it's helpful to know how those factor in
