I am using Evan Moor Spelling over the summer to get an idea of my granddaughter's spelling level. She tested out of the 1st 10 weeks.

I know this is an old video but there aren't many videos on this particular book so I'm looking for any feedback I can get. I'm thinking of using language fundamentals next year as the grammar part of our language arts for my upcoming 3rd grader. Do you think that book by itself is enough to be a stand alone grammar program for third grade? I appreciate any feedback! Thanks

That depends on your goal. The Fundamentals book is really the meat and potatoes. But if you’re just wanting a review, the others are fine.

Do you incorporate things such as how to write paragraphs, essays, etc? We have these books, but I also want to make sure they are not missing out in those areas.
