Thank you for sharing! I learned something new about geometry. Can you share how you, personally, learn and get new ideas and set aside time to do this?
I would love more content like this in every subject! I love the idea of creating my own natural unit studies. Seeing glimpses how more experienced homeschooling momma's do it, is so inspiring and appreciated!
Hi there! I absolutely love your creative ideas and the way you plan your homeschool day with your children. We also have a wide range of ages, and I am super inspired to de-structure math once and for all, and go with all living books as well. But this is one area I am super unsure of how to implement “well” at the high school level. Any additional suggestions for higher grades, and how to make sure you cover all the majors, would be great. I’m trying to wrap my brain around how algebra could be taught through living books… Thanks! Annie
ver tus videos son tan inspiradores, gracias por mostrar cómo la naturaleza está llena de aprendizaje, solo debemos abrir los ojos e instruirnos de los que ya han hecho descubrimientos
This is so incredibly inspiring!!! I love your videos so much, and wish to do this for my children. But how do you come up with all of this?? And do your kids do regular daily work, like copy work and math practice? Or is all of their schooling like this? They are obviously well educated, and so blessed to have a mama like you! I want to be like you when I grow up! But seriously, I wish I could do something so wonderful for my children…please do share what a typical week looks like!
Love this video. Did you know you will not believe it but people have posted that book Math in the Garden for a ridiculous amount of money. $159 , $739 and $3000 were thee amounts I found on eBay. Smdh it’s sad to see home education being exploited like this. I’m all for a repurposed book but at those prices I’ll find other resources.
What kind of journals and water color paper do you use? Also where did you get your large table top easel? I am always inspired by your videos. Beautifuly done!
I would suggest looking at library book sales. I recently saw it in a book sale and now I am so bummed out that I didn't know how wonderful of a resource it could have been! I had never heard of it before so I passed on it. 😢
