Some of us were called to homeschool since the beginning, viewing it like a vocation. Some of us feel equipped with the tools needed to be successful, to raise the children of God. But what if you feel doubtful in your abilities? What if you don’t feel strong enough? Smart enough? Patient enough? This is for you and for every mama out there who needs a little encouragement.
Come along with me on a day in the life of homeschooling, which includes traditional schoolwork indoors, but also includes outdoor nature exploring, mud pie baking, and fishing. I’ll also be making some homemade dog treats for our sweet puppy. They’re not all organic ingredients, but they’re made with the best love you can find.
Homemade Dog Food Recipe:
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs (or 2 tbsp flax meal + 5 tbsps water)
- 2 cups of whole wheat flour
- 14 oz pumpkin puree
- pinch of cinnamon
Mix, roll out, shape, and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
