I like how they made us genuinely curious about dusik past. Most kdramas focus on the romance and we don’t care much about the past but he’s different and they made us truly care for him 🥺🤍
I realized now the reason why DuShik rarely use HyeJin's name while calling her, and so often he opted to use Ms.Dentist..... Ever since their first meeting, he's already in the deep subconsciously, so, as the first step for self-protection, he uses "Ms.Dentist" to point out HyeJin. By adding this layer "Ms.Dentist" => HyeJin, he thought he could protect himself from falling for her.

This kdrama reminded me that in real life we have to admit that in some point we will be needing help from our loved ones or from our mate because of some emotional or mental issues or the other way around. Like hye jin, she needs to be with du shik no matter what and ready to listen 😢
Love, love this series. These two can banter back and forth so effortlessly. I love that! They click so good together. This has become one of my top favorites for sure. Great writing, great cast, great storyline. All around awesome! Please tell me there’s a season 2!!!

this kdrama is absolutely one of my favourites... such a beautiful story, nothing too crazy, kind of relatable. and i absolutely loved chief hong, he has such a golden retriever energy🥰🥰🥰 i must admit i basically skipped all the other dynamics (the only ones i could tolerate were the cop and dr yoon's bestie) because i was so eager to see them together!

This show the real thing of life. Everyone have hard thing inside but they try to make the life is normal and happy. The young generation can learn good university in big city and come back hometown to work. So happy and warm with this dramma, everything from simple and small thing make life is meaning. I think Du shik has the saddest past story. He's afraid that someone he love will leave him, just like his parents, grandfather, and that person died 5 year's ago, I'm curious who's that person, maybe ex girlfriend? (Edited: In the picture frame was a man, my guess is wrong I didn't notice since I was focused on Du shik,😁) I hope Episode 10 will fully show behind that mystery, I can't wait to find out what happened.
I have a feeling he's married and his wife died too. I think I saw a lady's pic in one of the flash back scenes. She is the first person he told his story too. The warm hearted person he speaks of. I'm so waiting for the upcoming episodes 😩
Obviously he blames himself about everything that had happened in his past which caused him the trauma but Hyejin will help him overcome it. I also saw this theory on twitter about their kissing on EP10. The light on the light house being red means danger. So based on the Ep11 preview, we will see happy scenes but after that we will finally get to know the painful past of Dusik. And something will occur that will make him back out of the relationship or it could simply mean their relationship will be rocky because if his past. That's only my guess. We will never know what will happen because this is a kdrama but I'm positive that we will get a happy ending. I'm claiming it.
