Awesome video thank you, I was on verge of anxiety attack in an attic that was 119 deg. And unlit no floors and your video was exactly what I needed, thank you again!
DUUUUUUDDEE!! You just saved my bacon man!! I didn't know about the 3 second thing!! I just had my house built and had this unit installed in my shower, This morning it didn't come on so I called the electrician since they installed it, they can fix it; and man he said it might be the switch, so here I am all set to tear this thing apart and all I had to do was hold the dang on power switch for 3 seconds!! Everything came back on!! Awesome video man!! Thanks again.
Great video, very helpful. I was thinking on buying this but was not sure how to install, your upload helped me gain confidence to install it. Thank you, God bless!
Awesome video. I just had the Nu-Tone installed yesterday but having some connection issues. Think I will swap it out for the Home Netwerks based on your recommendation! :-) Thanks!
Thanks I really appreciate that. Yes I believe that your family will really love this fan. Especially with technology advancing to rapidly it will keep your bathroom up to date. Thanks for your feedback. Blessings.
Hello my friend thanks for the feedback. The quality is awesome. I just love the voice command. This is everyone's favorite bathroom. Lol Its holding up very well. I had zero problem with mine this far. Get one! They are definitely worth it. Blessings.
Great question, thanks for viewing and commenting. Yes either a crawl space or an attic the exhaust has to exit the home. If their is no attic or crawl space you might want to look into getting just a fan.
How are you my friend. This is truly a wonderful ventilation system. Well worth the money. No problem at all. The family loves it. Thanks for the feedback.
My LED light does not turn off when I turn the power switch on and off or tell Alexa to turn the light off. You think it could be a problem with the wiring? It turns off when I shut down the whole system by long pressing the power on button.
Hello, I'm not sure what you mean by controller, please elaborate in order to give you a sufficient response. Thanks.

Did you do anything special to pair the wall switch the ceiling fan? The whole thing is setup for me, the wall switch has blue lights, I can use it with the app or Alexa but the buttons on the wall switch don’t issue commands (beside the 3s power button to turn the power off/on the ceiling fan). On the manual they talk about a pairing process but that doesn’t seem to work.
It sounds like you have some wires crossed some where.

How come? The switch lights blue. If I had reverse the wire (hot and the command to fan) then it would not light up continuously. Also the fan does work just fine.

If one day someone came across this, I found the solution. Pairing the wall switch (long pressing the light bulb button) can only be done when the fan is in set up mode (blinking orange). It never works after. So if you have setup the device and forgot to pair the wall switch you will need to reset the fan. This is mentioned nowhere in the manual.
@ tried this and still not working for me. Any other insights?

@@chrispollick2777 I did it twice. Factory reset the fan and then before I even started anything in the app I long pressed the light button (the fan was blinking orange).
If you're referring to the lights, the only colors that lights up on the fan would be red when its not working and blue when its connected to Alexa and she speaks. Other than that the fan comes in white didn't see any other options at the time of my purchase.
Help me out here... I have black, white and ground from the wall. So from the switch, connected green to ground, black to white(my case white is hot), white to black(again my white is hot). All lights on the switch come on and nothing works. Long press the power button shuts down the power then all lights on the switch turn on and stay on. What am I doing wrong and what can I do?
It sounds as if you only connected the wires to the light. It should be a red wire that you need to connect in order for the fan to communicate. If you didn't have a pre-existing fan already installed you may have to replace that existing wire with another Romex wire that have that red wire.
