Years passed since the Hiigarans defeated two greatest adversaries, the Age of Discovery is ongoing when suddenly the Anomaly hindered their progress. In Hiigara, Karan S'Jet's protege, Imogen prepares for her test drive with her new mothership, the Khar-Kushan setting up combat practice. In Facility 315, when the Hiigarans retrieve the lost schematics, they were under attack by the Kalen Raiders, a Taiidan vassal which they used outdated Taiidani tech with Turanic Raider tactics recently defeated by S'Jet. With the gate secured and the raiders defeated, the Hiigarans advance to the next location. However, upon arriving, the Khar-Kushan rammed the derelict ship, which have damaged most of the ship's hull but still operational. While Support Frigates repair the Mothership, a new threat emerges, this faction called The Incarnate attacks the Hiigarans to prevent the prophecy. But the Hiigarans managed to fend off the Incarnate assault and reinforcements arrived, the Khar-Kushan hyperspaced into the next location, the Naraka Gate. While repairing, Imogen confronts the Incarnate Queen which she must submit to her will, but Imogen resists and wanted to fight back. Wave after wave of Incarnate attacks, the Hiigarans once again survive the onslaught. They move to a new location where the Incarnate hurts the most, using captured Incarnate carriers, the groups of fighters and corvettes assault the generators which have been volatile and set up a chain reaction when destroyed. With the generators destroyed, the Hiigarans prepare the main assault, they destroy both the docked ships and its leader, the Warsage to achieve victory. The battle is not over yet, Imogen must find Karan in the Buran Ice Caps without being seen by the Incarnate. But with her discovery pays off, the Hiigarans discovered the Khar-Sajuuk, Karan's mothership and the search-and-rescue teams discovered that Karan is still alive. With the Khar-Kushan and the Khar-Sajuuk reunited, Imogen must face the Incarnate Queen in Noctuua-27.
