The harsh reality is it's got nothing to do with Black churches but everything to do with the actual religion Christianity because deep how even in the bible it mentions about slavery yet there is no outrage on how it impacts Black youths...facts or undeniable undisputed facts?

There is way more to a person than who they sleep with or in a relationship with. Its how you live as a person.

Sister Tammi Mac, people stay in the Church because of the sense of belonging to a community. People feel safer in a Church community than a street community. I speak from experience. I did not turn to the streets as a young Black girl with no direction for her life, the Black Church helped me and for that I will always be grateful but as the Elders retired new people came in with their own agenda, and so I left and found another community which served me as well. We have these fears about being along because of White Supremacy. We as Black people would not feel isolated in the world if not for the White Male Patriarchy.

Our people fail from a lack of knowledge. Study the Bible for yourself first seeking direction from the Holy Spirit. Don't lean on your own understanding, else your "flesh" will always fail.

"Why does the bible have to end at Revelations?" That is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard... Yet, there is a an alleged theologian on the panel. I am no longer a Christian, because I actually studied the bible and do not agree with some things, but none of you have studied the bible clearly! The points you each are making are non-biblical, adverse to sound doctrine to the point of blasphemy. Bottom line is, if you don't agree with a belief, ideology, or religion then don't follow it. Have some self-esteem and stop trying to force those to accept you who chose not to.
