Listening to him, you could feel he has strong passion in helping his community. He is a candidate to support and his educational background shouldn’t be a barrier. You don’t need to be educated to help your community.
What he is saying about the breakfast policy is very possible. In fact its possible even in the whole country. A living basic wage. 10 cedis a day for everyone in the country is something the Ghana government can do. This can be done only after we have a national identity number.
This guy has a loud vision for his Assembly just that how to get the funds and some of his things are complex to achieve here in Ghana. Which can be achieved though but hard
Don't judge his intelligent based on his use of an alien language to him and all Ghanaians. Use of English as official language is marginalizing about 80% of the population.
