Uganda People's Defence Force (UPDF) representative Bainababo Charity Rubyakana and Hon.Steven Kangwagye representating Bukanga constituency in Isingiro district advised the youths to change on mindset.
This 2022 Youth conference was organised by Enoka initiative Uganda at Normal Garrerly Nakasero in Kampala that made majority of the youths to pick something important in life
