ATTN: TO MAKE THIS LONG STORY SHORT.. He swapped out the fuel pump relay with another Same type of relay from a different spot. Which was the ultimate fix.

I'm having this same issue, exactly the same. I changed my oil & hasn't started since. A month now. Nobody can tell me what's happening, 1000 poured into it. Strong battery, cranks & just won't start. Replaced pump, everything you can think I've done and still nothing. Won't even jump start.
