My CL9 gives out an average of 8km/l in the city and 11km/l on the motorway. Using liquimoly is a very expensive option, I use Caltex oil and at every 3000 km it costs me 7,000 rupees inclusive of oil filter.
This generation of accord was the car that made me a petrolhead. It wouldve been a helluva car if it had been a rear wheel drive car. Giving Mark X the competition it deserves.
CL9's city average usually hovers around 7 to 8 km/l in city while on Motorways it goes all the way upto 13.5-14.5 km/l, provided you drive it under 130 km/hr. AC performance is also top notch. A genuine condition car with smart card, cruise, electric seat and OEM navigation would start approx at 3.3 millions PKR.
CL9 and CL7 were Honda's bes car ever, reliable bohat hai 2 lah kilometres kuch nai kehte is gari ko, comfort 2023 sonata se bhi behter hai, looks 2023 main bhi outdated nai lagtin, parts are not so expensive, K24 and K20 engine ka tuning potential or power world wide mashoor hai, stability or road grip main iska muqabla nai
I'm using mineral 10w 40 in CL7. Fuel consumption is 8.5 in city and on highway 12. Don't use synthetic in old engines because it has more detergent chemicals as compared to mineral oil, possibility of seals leaks
Not a very comprehensive review. This car deserves a better one. Could have had a more detailed discussion on the pros and cons. Ive had the car for more than 8 years and gives a fuel average of 9km/l in city and 14km/l on long. Forgot to mention the rear folding seats plus it offers vanity lights in mirrors on both sides.
This is car is giving bad fuel average because owner is using 20w50 engine oil which is very thick and is not recommeneded for k24 engine and because of the thick oil engine is always in load thus increasing fuel consumption, Anyways Awesome review❤
I am using 5-20 in my 2005 honda 170k driven i dont know when the people of pakistan will start research and endup relaying on old mehran mechanics thay put 20-50 in every car .
@@57waseem unfortunately people think the thicker the oil the better it is but this is not the case as there are many factors such as oil pressure or the potential of an engine to flow an specific grade of oil.
At this age and model i think only 10w40 is recommended at high quality side. But depends on brand as well. Zic10w40 is very high synthetic but old engine drinks oil or smoke problems start. Use shell 10w40 or servo, pso carient or any good company maybe honda suzuki or toyota 10w40.if still smoke then only20w50is last option. You cant use 0w20, 0w30 or 5w40

Very low grade review. A rough CL9 which needs some basic maintenance. PW to please look into it. Sub standard reviews should not be uploaded as those mis-guide viewers. 20W50 oil is hilarious to hear. Pak wheels Better Wake Up.
Decent host, but doesn't know too much about the car. And the owner knows zero things, using 20-50 oil and surprised on poor fuel avg, his engine must be blown.
Some things i badly wanted in this car like heated seats with lumbar support dusk sensing headlamps front and rear parking sensors with auto park assistance like the one comes in prius and mark x
