brotheri am also a mechanical engineer with good knowlewdge of automobile and engines. but i cannot restore the engine by myserlf .. i salute you brother .. i have the activa 2005 model and it is just giving some startup up problems

Great work bro. Old Activa is solidly built, apart from meter console every thing is made form metal. Currently I have 125cc model, every thing is made from plastic, only side covers and front mudguard is metal.

There is a simple technique to put the spring in the stand. The way you are showing you will break your ankle. First put the spring both side, then stretch the stand and fix the main standbolt. So simple!!!

Muhammad Ali bhai...I'm your new subscriber and I own an Activa 3g 2016 model. completed 10250kms so far. My question is that is it ok to use Synthetic oil in Activa? I normally use Scooter oil like Honda genuine oil, Motul scooter Le 10w30 and now I'm using Castrol scooter Activ. But the main problem with these oils is they're mineral oils and burn out with in 1500kms to 1700kms. I can not find Synthetic oil for scooters with JASO MB grade. Can you tell me if it's ok to use synthetic oil or how long can it be last? Thanks in advance. :)
