im learning on this 125 and i gotta say, its doing me good. if i were practicing on a 250, i may have fallen a few times due to my incompetence at riding at the skill level i am in at the moment. so im darn happy that im practicing with this 125. im learning what my current limits are, and im starting to realise how important it is to focus and to properly execute my cornering skills. if you have learnt on a 250 and is proud, good for you. im more than happy with this 125.

its comfortable to ride for me. I have a lower back condition that i snapped 2 years ago, and riding this bike is just relaxing. with the speed, it doesnt accelerate very quickly like a sporty bike. However for the suburban streets, i believe its suitable for it as i use it to go to gym. once it wears in, you can accelerate a bit faster.
good little bike, had mine for two months now and have done 1400 klm and is still running in really. you can feel it getting free' er to rev up to the 100klmh mark now ,oh and I am 115 kilo's as well. its no r1 or gsxr but great fun and easy to ride. I ride this to work and leave the 1098 ducati in the garage as its too hard to ride around town. worth every cent of the two grand buy price , why buy a scooter???
I got this bike as a gift. However if i had $2750 i would certainly buy this bike which it also should cover insurance and rego. Unless you prefer something with a sportier seating position and looks, then there are others on the market for a few hundred dollars more. This certainly beats purchasing a second hand 250 which most probably would have been thrashed around.

Its for quick high and low beam actions. Maybe for flicking 2 or 3 high beams at oncoming traffic so they can see you. the third button once pressed, stays in that low or high beam until its pressed back. but the first one is used for like a quick flickering effect.
hi i recommend this bike to those that are new to riding, those that want to try it out for a few months to see if they will keep on riding throughout their lifetime or not. The reason is because its an affordable bike, low cost to maintain, and easy to do maintenance yourself if you are willing to try. I have seen males and female riders ride this bike. Its comfortable and a good starter bike. However at this moment in time, honda cbr250r is on sale, because the new cbr300r is coming soon.

Hi , iam ex owner of 2018 Cb 125e , I had new , and rode it 4000kms and sold it by getting annoyed, by the cam chain rattling noise , I thought it was tappet adjustment getting lose every time , and it was not every time , only certain times , sadly I found out after selling the bike that main culprit is AUTOMATIC CAM CHAIN TENSIONER, u can use small flat screw driver and tune it by starting the bike until the sound goes off , or else u can change MANUAL CAM CHAIN TENSIONER , hope this tip may get handy for anyone who read this . i wish i had $3000 when i was 17 and a couple more for riding gear lol. I understand that sometimes the thought of second hand bikes is not something people want to get, but its something to consider. Follow your heart if you feel for a racer style. Because having a first bike that you desire will boost up your appreciation and experience for riding much more. Its almost like having your first girlfriend. Sometimes its better not to rush and grab something that you dont love.

I am trying to save up for my Learners licence again >.< However 64mid has made a good comment about it. From what I have ridden 2 years ago at Stay Upright, this bike feels much more easier to control than what they had at Stay Upright. 67kgs. its not a quick accelerating bike. but for me, its very practical for the kind of streets i use it for. it can accelerate fast compared to small cars, but with sport cars at red lights, there was once i wished i had a super sport. just to teach that sport car a lesson. hehehhe.
hey man, my brakes seems to be doing fine, the rear brake seems to be ok. it is strong enough for me to come to a sudden stop when i apply both together at testing speed of 50km in a carpark. however there was once when i skidded like a snake when i applied the rear, i dont know why, but i assume its my position of the wheels. nevertheless you should contact your dealer and ask them to check it out since its on warranty. better to be safe than sorry. goodluck
Nz mate, I test ride that one, it's a second hand, I bought a brand new one, you can check it out now :) Yeah, I grew up with seeing naked bikes, love the classic style, but the cb400 is a modern beast I reckon I can do 10000k on this bike in a years time,she loves the outdoor more than the garage :P

I really want a bike like the cbr250 but right now I don't have a lot of money, I only have $3000 to spend on a bike and I really want one right now to start learning on my first bike since I have never had a bike before I had a look at the cb125e a couple of days ago but I'm not entirely sure if I should keep looking or get that type of bike for my first bike to learn on. (I'm only 17 and still at school, just to explain the situation I'm in with my budget)
Hey man hows it going ? Youve got pretty cool riding vids around Sydney areas ! But anyways, Ive only ridden 391 kms so far >.< Usually its to the local gym thats a total of 5kms to and back home. However for today was me first time ive ridden to work and back, total of 31 kms. And i had to choose the hottest day in history to do it ! .. Felt like riding in an oven. Didnt even wear me leathers, if i did, i'd melt for sure lol.... How many kms have u done ? Im sure you did over 2000 easily.
Hey mate, this is my other channel, I hav more vids of cb125e here, check it out sometimes :) Yes today was crazy hot, 45 degrees says tv. Anyway, since I bought it last yr August, I've done 2601km, but I should the bike this Monday, funny enough I sold to a fellow youtuber, he found my bike and offer me better money than dealers, they rip u off big time! I had upgraded to a cb400, bot it this tuesday, just like u, chose the wrong day to ride to work today XD
