i love 350rs

1. Looks - CB is pure classic retro ( in that aspect highness is better with more chrome ). RS is cafe racer type. Looks are subjective. 2. Riding - RS is a 7-8 Kg lighter so it may not make a big difference but a significant advantage in handling, milage, acceleration. Thats the difference.

@rahulz-s1667 I have not ridden Vitpilen250 but have heard a lot abt duke250. cb350rs is a good bike and very reliable brand. Vitpilen would be more performance oriented whereas cb350rs is a relaxed bike but with great exhaust. So if you prefer performance then Vitpilen is a good option otherwise for everything else cb350rs is better.
