I have the dual tone CB 350RS. It has been 2 yrs now. I still find excuses to take it out for a spin and ride as much as I can. I still enjoy the sound and feel of the ride as if it is my first time. It is good to see that I can install so many touring accessories if I choose to go on a long trip. I call mine 'The dragon' btw.
Hello to you, Sriikar. How many kms have you clocked on Dragon so far? Have you never been on long a trip in 2 years of ownership? I can relate to that feeling, baba. At times, I take the longer route home just to ride a little longer. Thank you for sharing your thoughts here 😀
@@StallionRides I have clocked 14,000 kms so far. All my rides have been under 200kms and that too between well connected cities. Haven't really gotten out there. I will plan a good trip for sure very soon and do proper justice to this beautiful machine. Cheers!
Hey man, thanks for this video! Passing comment: A problem with the saddle stay connector is that it obstructs view/access to the reflector tape. But then if u don't do a lot of night riding should be okay!
Hello to you, again. I thought you know me better than this. I had the exact same concern, I even tie my luggage accordingly. The saddle stay I got does not obstruct the reflector tape.
@@Goodgames100-p7r I have made a review video in English at 24k KM and Hindi at 34k KM. You might want to check them out for thorough knowledge about the motorcycle. Appreciate your time, baba.
Hello to you. And, thank you for sharing, baba. I agree the motorcycle looks great without any accessories..however for long rides, some accessory become an absolute necessity.. like the AUX lights let's say.
You are right, Raj. However, I like how the front profile of the motorcycle looks in stock condition. And, honestly, the mud and water splashing, I am happy to live with it.
Great video, very informative! A few questions. The rear mud guard you got mainly protects the engine side right? Do you feel the need for the rear tyre hugger? Do you have issues with mud spewing on your back or on the people behind you? And does installing the aux lights void the warranty?
Hello, Rinoy. None of the issue that you mentioned bothers me. However, all issues mentioned by you are real but not that bad.. we are just exaggerating known issues, the motorcycle is not meant to be something we are all looking for.. it is what it is.. a Road Sailor. We have to make some compromises in life. Haina? I don't know about the warranty void part. I installed them after 1 year, I am confident on Honda built machines, they will last.. but Bhai I feel with all the known issues, you might want to consider another option. I feel even if you end up purchasing the CB350 RS, you'll never be able to appreciate it for what it is.
Appreciate the response. I've already booked it, just waiting for delivery. I absolutely love this bike. I understand what you're saying, it's just that this will me my first own bike, so trying to be a bit too cautious I guess. I am thinking way too much about the tiny details. But I do get your point, some things may not be exactly the way I want but that's just the way it is. And anyway, most things can be changed. So yeah, need to stop overthinking this lol. Thanks!
@@rinoy_43 Your thinking is reasonable, baba. You made all facts. However, the fact that makes me love a motorcycle is how reliable it is to take me places without breaking and getting stuck in unknown territories due to some x y z fault with the machine. In this context, I trust the Honda way too much.. As long as it has petrol in it, it will ride..that's all I seriously care about. That's just me though. I have been riding a Honda well over 12 years now, Honda engines or parts have never disappointed me. That's all. And, like you pointed out, there are plenty of customisations on offer to suit everyone's needs 😃 Thank you for taking my comment positively, I appreciate it.
@@StallionRides I get that. I trust Hondas as well. Honda's reliability was a huge deciding factor for me. My first bike was a borrowed Honda Shine which belonged to my cousin. I used it for a few years through and after college and it never let me down. Thanks for all the info, in the videos and the comments, appreciate it! Have a great day man!
Hey, man. I got in installed from Sans Classic Parts, Karol Bagh, Delhi. I think they offer delivery services too, you may check this link sansclassicparts.com/?Google_ads&CPC&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjw4f6zBhBVEiwATEHFVt1le0_TrGPlaEHWxp6RjkMk4LX3Fy1MlHq451w0svCeiyybxkisghoC884QAvD_BwE
Hello, Jeetu. Rear Tyre - Replaced with Same as Stock, MRF Zapper Kurve Front Tyre - MRF Mogrip Meteor 100/90-19 Yes, I had to replace my chain set once at around 23000 km.
Hi, I am willing to buy the Honda cb350 rs. But the service centre from the place i live is 130kms away. As per your long term experience regarding servicing and everything, can you please suggest me should I buy it or not. Thanks in advance!
I recently did a service at 25000 kms and went on a trip. Covered 5410 km during the trip in 21 days. I experienced zero issues or spent zero money on the motorcycle except fuel. What I'm trying to say is, this is one hell of a reliable machine. Sure, you will need to make a couple of frequent visits to purchase the motorcycle and for first service in 1000 kms.. but after that the service interval is 5500-6000 kms or every 6 months and trust me you'll not have to make any more visits than this. In my opinion, if you don't like the Enfield, you must buy this.
@@StallionRides Baba, Thankyou so much for taking the time and replying! I gave my heart to cb350 rs, and also on the same red colour as yours! Your answer boosted my confidence, and now I am clear I am going to buy the RS♥️
Haha I installed those headlights and covered it with ankle high sox. Get the job done. Don't know about monsoon season. But I couldn't find a suitable cover for it near me. In case of older honda highness, showroom told me I can't install those handguard since I need to change the handle bar. But I didn't want to buy a new handle bar. So I passed. Watching ur video now I know I can drill a thread in it. Which solves the problem. I am disappointed with honda bigwing showroom since they wouldn't give me a solution. They should have made options viable for all models old or new. Why do we have to buy new?
I enjoyed reading your comment, baba. Honda should have made options viable, I agree, and yet, sometimes we got to improvise adapt overcome, as in make the most of what we get 🙂
I lift my legs high up in the air when I encounter muddy/wet roads. I mostly use the motorcycle only for touring purpose, while travelling I don’t mind the mud flashing.
Hii I have purchased cb 350 rs, and i took the bike for a long 20 kms ride at a speed of 40-50 and my hands are num due to vibrations, are u experiencing the same with your bike.
Hello, Gowtham. That sounds odd, baba. May be you need a little getting used to it, or may be you were holding the handlebars really tight. Either way, this motorcycle does not vibrate, and at the speeds you mentioned..No way! Get it checked from a service station if you experience the same in the upcoming rides.
Hey... Thanks for the video. I just recently purchased hness. And need some accessories for my bike. Just installed engine guard (called skid plate or stump gaurd), so i just need to know that did they removed the half silencer while installing? Because when i have installed it they removed half of the silencer to fit it..
@@StallionRides I have asked them that why need to remove the silencer part to fit it, they replied me that any stump guard you take while fitting it it's need to remove. So i have searched in RU-vid for that and found 2..3 videos of installation. Here's the one of it. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kYP-IeyH1Ls.htmlsi=cMkT-VbhmIdoD_Rp
😂 Backrest does feel like bike is done with it's life. Also I'm actually looking for fogg light covers, and honda oem saddle stays are that bad that you had to replace?
Hahaha. True, man. You could buy any local leather covers from a local shop. Trust me, you don't need any fancy covers. I got the covers complimentary from the store I installed the AUX lights, they are local, I think he mentioned 100 Rs for it, they have done the job pretty well for me. Honda OEM saddle stays are not bad but too small, doesn't serve the purpose of carrying or tying luggage appropriately.
I got it installed from Sans Classic Parts, Karol Bagh, Delhi. Offline store. Don't have a link with me. You can try their website.. www.sansclassicparts.com/products/adjustable-carrier-with-foam-cushion-backrest-for-jawa-42-jawa-42-2-1-jawa-classic-301?_pos=13&_sid=7bdfbd7be&_ss=r
Front one - round 2650 Rear one around 4400 This is with installation. The motorcycle is not built for off-road, even if you change the tires, the suspension won't support. It can definitely do off-road if you want it to, but not the best at it.
@@plotrecapped6819 Main reason, I have heard from people that legally you are not allowed to remove the Saree Guard. Getting into trouble with the police is the last thing I would want...that too in a different state.. Also, I feel the saree guard in some way or the other adds a safety layer to loose cables and straps from getting into the tyre.. just in case. .
@@StallionRides As far as I know, removing saare guard is completely legal. It's just that the manufacturers can't realse a bike without it. But I get the safety party. Though I think Stallion looks much better without it
Actually, that was a mistake, I shouldn't have added them 😅 I managed to remove one, will remove the other soon.. they are really big, I should have got a smaller size.
@@SahilKhan-mf9cp Pakka, baba. Honestly, I think I might replace the mirrors with the Avenger Street ones.. they are quite nice and I feel they look really nice on the CB350 RS.
Hello, Ricky. I got them installed at Sans Classic Parts shop in Karol Bagh, New Delhi. They also offer home delivery I think. Just search them on Google and you can visit their website too. Hope that helps, baba.
