Nice to see someone getting the full power out of the brilliant little 500 p twin. They are good revvy engines and when you get up in the mid to high range they are super fun and not intimidating. Nice riding!
I have the exact same riding style.. The way you were doing engine braking and rev matching its feel like the same. The riding style is calm and fast both at the same time. I am also planning to buy the same 2023 model. Awesome ride, gave you a follow on instagram as well.
Nice bike, and video. I know I'll sound like an old guy who hates fun for saying this - but it really IS possible to have fun on a bike without going as fast as possible on it. ;);) Yes, I know - a radical idea. Be careful out there, mate. The higher your speed, the less room you have for error.
It just shows that these engines can take some punishment ha ha. that style riding keeps your arteries free from cholesterol lol...... it can also be like redbull....give you wings, only messing with ya mate. Love the video, no rubbish background tempos / soundtracks. Quality, an all motorcycle video
Thoroughly enjoyed the ride - thank you. Beaut road … and lovely countryside. I’ve now ridden 20,000 km on my 2015 model CB 500X - and found it to be the most comfortable, versatile and economical of the seven motorcycles I’ve owned since 1973. Is your windscreen stock/standard or after market?
Thank you very much for your comment and of course I share the same opinion, it's an amazing bike! 😍 The windshield is aftermarket from powerbronze.co.uk
Does the 19 inch front wheel still feel 'flicky' enough to you? I'm coming from a 1993 EX500 and love the power and handling of that bike and the 16 inch wheels on it, but I'm wondering how stable and lightweight the 19 inch CB feels in the corners. I'm wondering if the pre-2019 CB is right for me with the 17 inch wheels. What country is this? It's beautiful! Lovely video! Take care
Thank you so much for your comment mate! The beautiful Portugal 🇵🇹 But yes the 19’ wheel in the news bikes have a great feeling and super nimble, in this type of bike the extra confort worth the 19’ wheel 👌
What is this accessory this from oxford? I've seen it in several motorcycke videos, but I don't know it is or what it's for. Congratulations on the videos.
@@MotoAddicted cool. I'm from Brazil and I'm thinking of exchanging my Midnight Star 950 for a Cb 500 x. So I'm watching a lot of videos about this bike.
Just bought an 2022 model, had an 2018 model before. Just a quick question: did you change anything like the sprockets? Couldn’r imagine mine doing over a 100 in 3rd gear. If not I’ll definitely try that on my new bike.
Lovely terrain and views. Something about this make my heart hurt to watch, however. Maybe it was what appeared an awkward wrist position of your throttle hand.
Thank you very much, it doesn't look like it in the video but the road is always going up and the bike doesn't have much power to go up in revs and making premature gear changes slows down the pace a lot ✌🏼
Ordered a CBX In January and I'm finally getting it today after the long shipping waits Just a quick question regarding the windshield, is it stock or where did you get it and how well does it work for you. I'm quite tall at 196cm so I think I'll need something from the aftermarket Thanks
@@MotoAddicted , I've found a comment below with that info. Thank you for sharing. I've just ordered one, seems like a really good bike for me. My current bike has a lot more power but I love to ride and not ride just sometimes because of its fuel consumption.
@@MotoAddicted Mine is 3.1 normally (2019 500X, I am the first owner and I drove it for 18.000 km), once it was 2.5 liter in Serbia somewhere - measured! not only showed by the dash. This driving style is painfully sit, sorry.
@@martinrea8548 , I don't know but I think this bike is perfect it you don't need extreme emotions.....in third gear you can surely go faster than 100 km/h .....the sound is good and , over 6000 revs the bike put out an interesting voice
@@MotoAddicted Nice!
