In response to your requests, I've made a video to show you how I've customized my motorcycle's exhaust to produce a sporty sound. Let me walk you through the process.
I started by drilling a hole in the exhaust in here before the muffler and then welding a nut on the opposite side. This setup allows for a screw to be inserted or removed. The presence of this screw is what enables the exhaust to switch between making noise or being relatively quiet. This feature is especially important to me for avoiding disturbances when I'm parking my motorcycle at night in a residential area.
Removing the screw is straightforward - you just unscrew it. However, I must point out that this modification isn't entirely without drawbacks. There's a slight decrease in performance due to changes in oxygen levels within the exhaust system, and there's a possibility that the modification could trigger a warning light on the dashboard.
Despite these potential issues, this is a cost-effective alternative for those who aren't ready to invest in a new exhaust system. And should you decide to revert to the original setup, it's as simple as welding the hole closed to restore the exhaust to its factory condition.
If you noticed in low rpms the noise is really metallic, but when the rpms are high it screams a lot and it's almost as a sport exhaust
