I had one of these, the earlier carbed version to be exact, and sold it because it was a bloody animal & gonna get me into trouble. Either banned or dead. The 40-80 mph acceleration in 4th is sensational - better than a lot of 750s.

@@TarasTarasov What is fuel consumption? Mine gets 7.5-8l/100km but runs good, but not as good as yours. I usually go on shorter rides, so i thing that is the reason, but 8l/100km is still kinda crazy
@mareksv1947 when was the last carb adjustment and synchron? Mine was a year before, and it's fully stock. I get 4,8 l/100km if I ride normally but if I'm doing her dirty, then I get 6.3l/100km. But I have to go with full throttle every time I get the chance to get 6.3l/100km. You have stock exhaust or some sport thing?
Omg .. what are you even doing? The bike has max power way before the redline, at about 8-9k. You are actually accelerating slower and wearing the engine by going redline.
This is only partially correct. In fact, the engine usually has maximum power or maximum torque before maximum speed. However, this does not help us very much, since we have a gearbox between the engine and the rear tire. Therefore, it can make sense to use the gears to their full extent, as this compensates for the disadvantages of the different gear ratios.
@@TarasTarasov mine is always at this temperature, i suspect the thermostat to be jammed open. But she work good. Cute bike, when i will sell her, i'll miss her.
Guys the 500 ccm motor from Honda is very cool . Literally . It is really nicely engeneered. The thermostat never goes really high unless you are standing in stop and go traffic in the city in summer . It's normal
