PakWheels should start boycott Honda City Gen6 campaign on twitter. This way we can probably shift the tide in our favor and it will be a lesson for all the auto manufacturers coming to Pakistan.
Greetings from India 🇮🇳. As you guys rightly mentioned this the 6th generation of the Honda City was launched in India way back in 2014 to middle of 2019. I own 7th generation of the Honda City (July 2020). The 7th generation of the Honda City cost me ₹ 1,440,000 ( same as the Toyota Yaris) for the top end ZX variant. Booking amount for the Honda City was and still is ₹ 30,000. Standard warranty 3 years and unlimited kilometres, which can be extended to 5 years by paying ₹ 5000. Delivery period seven to ten days. The base V variant of the Honda City starts from ₹ 930,000 .including all taxes on road price. This includes comprehensive insurance cover, registration and lifetime road tax as we in India do not have yearly road tax for private vehicles.We also do not get an 1.3 ltr. Engine in saloons ( only Hatchbacks in India come equipped with an 1.2 ltr or an 1.4 ltr. Engine ). In India 🇮🇳 the Honda City comes equipped with an 1.5 ltr.petrol engine and an 1.5 ltr diesel engine. The Honda City competes with the likes of the Hyundai Verna, Kia Rio (Saloon/sedan). Suzuki Ciaz, Volkswagon Vento, Skoda Rapid, Ford Fiesta, Fiat Linea ,Nissan Sunny and the Toyota Yaris in the budget saloon car segment in India. In fact, the Toyota Yaris comes with 7 airbags ( driver knee airbag ). As of this situation, There is also ₹ 80,000 discount on the Honda City due to covid. Hello Guys, I'm from India and I have owned this exact same city here. So, I like to share some +ve and -ve about this car with you. Hope you will like it ☺️: +ve: 1 The 1.5 ltr IVtec engine, which is offered in our country is a gem. The engine is very refined, punchy and fun to drive and very reliable as well. 2 This is a very spacious car. There is abundant of legroom, knee room is more than sufficient for a passenger of any height. 3 6th gen City's cabin is much more premium than 5th gen. It's like gap of 2-3 generations,not 1. The seats are also very comfortable and give you a feeling of a more premium car than it's segment. 4. In our country, this gen City is equipped with fully loaded features. You get alloy wheels, DRL, ABS+EBD, automatic climate control, cruise control, rear ac vents, rear and front armrest, adjustable steering wheel etc are right from the base model. And if you go for the top model you get 6 airbags, led head and tail and fog light, paddle shifters, leather seats, electric sunroof and many mores. -ves: 1. One of main bad thing about this car is that the ground clearance , which is about 165-170mm. You have to be careful when driving it over a potholes and big speed brakers. And if you take it to rural areas, the bumpers will touch the ground. I have personally faced this problem when I take my car to a village and the front bumpers got many scretches and the colour is also gone in some parts. 2. If you are planning to buy a diesel sedan, honda city might not be the best choice for you. The diesel idtech engine is not as powerful as it's competitors in india, not so refined and it's very noisy. Basically, these are the good and bad things about Honda City 6th gen from my experience. If someone don't care about the generations which is selling in the world, the 6th gen City can be a very good and premium choice for them. @@arceussgaming3758 Yes I saw that last year in a review by Faisal. In India Most of Honda City parts are actually manufactured within India. As far as Pakistan is concerned the factory of Honda is used to assemble all the parts imported from different countries. Plus High profit cap by Atlas Honda
I will feel utmost pity for the people who will still buy this 4 years old model, at such price, in Pakistan. People must boycott buying this generation until the latest one is launched.

On PakWheels website, there is an option for "Leased" car in advance filters. I want to know how are they leasing the car, are they authenticated/authorized dealers? If not, why PakWheels is allowing this option? How can we verify them? Is there any service on PakWheels to verify their credibility?

In my opinion, 6th gen is better in design than current 7th gen. All Pakistan assembled cars should improve on safety features and 2 airbags are things of past in international market. Govt should focus on that and also prices are way higher than in international market

We should definitely boycott this car, n we should demand latest generation. Honda Pakistan is going to charge the price for 7th Generation then why we should get the old generation
Alsvin is better in features and looks and overall , but the problem is i dont know if i will be able to resale it later bcz we dont know about its market
This generation is late in Pakistan's automobile market now. A similar model was introduced as an hybrid model. Ever seen and heard of "Honda Grace" @PakWheels? It's basically the same as this same generation but with hybrid technology.
