Have this car since 2012, driven 85000 kms. Pros: 1. Good fuel Economy. 2. Compact Size. 3. Durable and strong engine and body. 4. Very good resale. Cons: 1. No hot/cold kaanta. 2. Stiff suspension. 3. Stiff cushioning of seats. 4. Not very good breaks and road grip.(Specially driving on high speed). Best suited for driving in city as the name sugests specially in this pricetag. Cheers!
@@shakirsaleem1184 when i bought the car, the mileage of the car was around 40k kms, abviously the engine was strong, so it gave me 13km/L, but gradually it decreased, till now i've driven it 125k kms, nowadays it gives me 11.5 - 12km/L, i guess with the passage of time when the engine becomes weak, the average also decreases, kindly correct me if im wrong. Hasnain Ahmed i’m driving 2006 honda city from 10 years now. inter city/long routes it gives me 16.5km/ltr sometimes 17km/ltr with AC & within city it clocks somewhere between 13km/ltr to 14km/ltr with AC. i think it depends on the driving habit more than the car itself.

The only drawback of this car is its brakes. The rest is amazing. I used this car for more than 3 years where I was driving 120km everyday. Ppl were amazed to know It was taking only half tank for the whole week of 5 days. Now I gave this car to my brother. Sometimes Im also using it. Amazing car with this price tag.
@Khurram Shahid Nahi. Yer lekin mere paas bhi yeh gari he. ABS k bagher bhi is ki brakes mere liye to bilkul perfect hain. Pehle mujhe laga k is men ha ABS kyuk brakes itni achi thi. Magar baaad men pata chala k nhi ha.
It slips very quickly if you apply brakes a bit hard. In low speed, its fine. But around 60, it can slip, even with new tyres. Although I just hit a car once in 5 years. But I keep 10 to 15 feet distance. No ABS, even in steermatic.
@@shakirsaleem1184 brother mein roz 120km drive karta tha. Mostly below 3000 rpm, with around 60 to 80 speed, with AC I was getting 13 to15 and upto18 without AC. But depends on the petrol station and quality of fuel as well.
One of the best car I owned, zero maintenance cost, you just have to change oil and filters. Fuel avg. is 14-15km/lit with AC in city(mostly Ferozepur road, canal road, Johar town), I wonder why she is getting 11km/lit. and 18km/lit on motorway. Suspension is a bit hard, but you will get use to it. The problem with this car is it's ground clearance, specially when it is fully loaded. spare parts are very cheap, you can get almost any part from Bilal ganj. I once bough it's O2 sensor for Rs.3000. Few days back, someone buys it tail light(single), it cost him Rs.3500.
One more thing sir, This model is not the true face of Honda city brand in pak. Actually it's the 2nd generation which proves Honda City as sucessfull sedan. The Honda City SX8 was a game changer, it was a car that redefined the entry level sedan market in Pakistan.

I also have city 2006, it's amazing car on long it's average 17-18 and local easily 13-14, and it's the car of market, u can sale easily any time in good price, now adays 2019 it's price is between 10 to 12 lac in pakistan, very comfortable,car
it's suspension is amazing, maintenance free car. this girl don't have much knowledge about this car, I have also city 2014, but I like to drive 2006 city , it's fuel average is outclass, and AC also chill.

Silent Refusal The reason is people in Pakistan don’t consider its (airbags)importance but think having a video screen in the dashboard more important.

I have 2006 same model. Brakings are not good but fuel average and ac performance is just excellent. It gives me 13 to 14 in city with ac and on long gives around 16 with ac. Without ac it gives incredible above 18 on long
A new series idea: Please make 5-6 minutes videos about explaining the different components of the cars. I think it will really create a lot of awareness about cars, especially among Pakistanis.
