Honda City Ivtec Suspension & Steering Rack Repair + New Bumpers & Dent Paint
So guys in this video you're gonna see us repair the suspension of this 2009 Honda City Ivtec. We changes its control arms, steering end, ball joint, shocker, shocker mount & also repaired its steering rack which was creating a lot of noise. Plus we also changed its front & rear bumper. Dent painted the running board and boot lid.

Hi, I changed my steering rack Bush in my Honda City 2012 petrol from a local mechanic. After that the steering has become hard to turn and doesn't center after turns. Is it normal after repairing for the time being or the work was not done well ? Will this hardness put lot of load on the power steering motor ? Kindly suggest.

Hi Nakul, I'm a long time viewer of your channel and we have had multiple conversations in bhp threads. Love your content especially on Honda city ivtec (which I too own). Wrt control arm that you showed in this video, can't we only limit to changing ball joints rather than changing the whole control arm? Pls cud you answer this? Thanks in advance.

I also own 2011 Honda City .. the bushing are not available seperately. Hence you must change the whole lower arm .. it's expensive but it never goes bad .. original lower arms last nearly. 1.5 lakhs kilometres

most of the times its some rubber part which makes this noises. spray some silicon spray or wd 40. on joints/ shocker. Pls check Chimte and jumping rod bushes. These are the main culprit of chu chu noise.

Hello sir good afternoon, this Sahil from Chandigarh. Sir I am using skoda rapid 2013 model in my car I am facing issues of brake sign on meter. Brakes proper kaam kr rhi hai, but light ah rhi hai baar baar and jbh mai car ignition off kr du toh brake hard ho jahti phele nhi hoti thi! Lastly, if I park my car on idle mode and then I turn my car steering wheel left and right faster then there is sound coming. And also there is a sound only from left hand side when car goes on rough road steering vibrate krtha hai. Please reply. I am confused because company m 3rd time change hoga yeh sbh if I go again.

there is air in brake fluid system. drain replace brake fluid. steering column is something which needs to be checked. do check for tyre balancing first.
