Esi will give you a decent power kahit non vtec siya basta well maintained. Hatchback is carb not unless naka engine swap na. Most common issue is yung bulutong sa quarter panel and sa roof. For a serious project car, kuha ka ng good running condition and sariwa ang loob. If you plan to go JDM set up, bolt on upgrades, suspension, jdm rims, brakes, oem replacemnts parts for maintenance, and a little tweak sa engine. Most likely aabutin ka ng 200 to 300k or more. Meron bawi sa gastos kahit paano if bebenta ung old parts.
