I Used to have one with 275k KM on it, Used 0 Oil and was a blast to drive. The engine is super strong, blasted vtec a 1-2 times a day on my way to work and everything just kept running smooth.
FAILWARZ I’ve got a Cosmic Grey EP3 modded NA hopefully will get around 250Bhp when I get it remapped. Excellent fun reliable good handling and excellent speed when they have traction. Best value for money car imo.
@@lauchmitdemdickenschlauch1584 you've never driven a car with Vtec have you? I was thinking the same thing as you until I drove a B18C Type R and it is so much fun
Keyless? Are you seriously complaining about a comfort feature, that doesn't impact the enjoyment of the car? Actually, if anything it increases your enjoyment by adding comfort. I can sort of understand the argument when artificial sounds are added, but complaining about Keyless features is just conservative BS.
I wouldn't say that I don't like supercars, I like and I think no one would lose the chance to drive a Ferrari or a Lambo, but an EG9 swaped to K20 (what here in Portugal we call "carros do aço") has other emotions bro
Oh yes ! We need more affordable cars like this in 2020. People on the internet can joke about Hondas all day, but I'm having a blast driving an FN2 Type-R.
Honda’s are just made fun of because of those few straight piped shit boxes, they are actually super well made, reliable, great handling cars for the price
@@イノ乚乚 EP3 is a bit more raw and better in corners than FN2. I would keep EP3 if I was you, but I can say that FN2 is much better than many people think.
One of the best cars I’ve owned. Bought brand new back in the day and I still have the sale brochure and Honda CTR boxer shorts (still in the original pack) as they were handed out after a test ride!
What? A civic with a good sounding exhaust? When these are either left stock or given a real exhaust system, they sound really nice. That gear shifter would take some getting used to though.
This has the stock exhaust and it is super quiet, that is all engine/intake sounds you are hearing. Slap a Spoon backbox and catless downpipe on this and it starts to sound like heaven!
I'm not a fan at all of the 2018-2020 civics. They don't even look like anything from the civic family. Their body styles are enormously huge, their big and bulky like the accord.
I love Honda. I have 2 Civic. But I disagree for riding like that on public road. I saw too many people crying because of accidents. Think about it and try your car only where is really safe to do this... Regards.
@@pompenchiel No idea. Never topped it out. The car isn't buildt for straight line speed. Its more a car for curvy back roads. Most i've ran it is about 170km/h. Had a Fn2 before and that one i hit the topspeed of 235. But it was stock 201hp at the crank
Those civics don't need to be fast to be fun to drive and they are not expensive. I drove faster cars than an old swapped EG hatch and it was still the most enjoyable car
Don't get me wrong I don't want to be and sound like a smartass but this is really not good for the engine. In my country there are a lot of Honda fans including me and nobody that wants the best for his Honda doesn't push cold engine over 3000 rpm. Peace✌
@@idefeczx I don't know who told you that or where you read that but that is absolutely not true because working of a v-tec system has nothing to do with a temperature of the engine. It's your resposibility to warm the engine up before using heavy foot
Had one...makes me tired ...V TEC in...V TEC out,,,,,nope....I preferred my Renault 5 GT Turbo....had a brand new one...it was rubbish build quality...but very fast and was insae of back lanes for handling....way better V the Civic EP3 R.
