Hey buddy I found the tutorial on 8thcivic, just wondering did you put the needle back on counterclockwise with the key in the ON (II) position like it says, or with the cluster removed? Just wondering if it makes a difference before I try to do it. Thanks again!
Hey, sorry if you've answered this before. What are you using for the double din dash? I've looked at the scosch replacements but none of the 3 colours seem to be the right match for the Si.
Great content (as always, from what I have seen). Please, keep up the informative videos and installs, just like this one. 🙂👌 I have literally looked through MANY different sites/pages/threads, and cannot for the life of me, find ANYONE that sells the Mugen RR tachometer overlay. Quite bummed out, since I have a custom e-tune on my car and I’d love for the newer redline to match what the car can now rev to. My tuner has me set to 8,400, matching the overlay. Pretty-please, could you let me know if you have any information at all, on how to source one of these great overlays, in 2020? Any help would be very appreciated!
@@antdo Hi Anthony! after i installed a tach overlay, my needle is laggy/skipping a little..going through the rpms and any possible fixes for this? thanks.
Bro dont redline your car, I have a 2009 Honda Civic SI with 115,000 miles. I baby my car. I see you're at 213k you're pushing your luck bud. My advice is keep the car stock because in 10-15 more years these cars with be worth a pretty penny. Very rare to find a stock white 4dr SI like mine with only 100k and it's 10 years old. It has stage 10 EBS dimpled and slotted rotors, I have a set of Pirelle sport tires on the front and Z rated kumho tires in the rear. Konig black rims. So, it's got upgraded tires and light weight rims and front stage 10 EBS dimpled and slotted. The car is gorgeous
HAHAHAAH you are fucking joke. How are you going to buy a civic si and not want to red line it??? you might as well have just bought a base model civic.
You should buy a viper and just keep it garaged? Why would you buy a honda civic si and not redline it and enjoy it??? Cars are meant to be driven and enjoyed. You must be a retired old man lol.
