Was that a brand new starter or a ebay special?

Thats what i want to know, it looked new, or maybe rebuilt. Whenever i looked on Ebay i only see only used ones... smh.

@@auntbarbara5576 It's used. I cleaned up inside and outside before installing, and installed new brushes/springs and cleaning up inside with QD Electrical cleaner too. You can replace the internal brushes and springs, part # 31201-230-174 for the brushes and # 31204-230-174 the springs (2 of each needed). I bought the best looking starter off ebay I could find.

Just bought a 81 cm400t, will the starters for the cm400a work? New to bikes
