Before logging into the Honda Connect app, you need to start the engine for 15-20 mins and keep it in stand by position without driving. Then activate Honda connect and login into the app. In case, it’s not activated properly and you face any error in using the app, you have to raise a complaint to Honda Connect customer care through the help section of ‘Honda Connect’ app. Then you need to log out of the app and uninstall the app. After that start the engine and keep it on for 15-20 mins, it helps to get the the telemetry unit in the car to get activated which initiates the DSA file download in the Honda connect back end server against your car chassis number. Then download the app again and login in to the app and wait for 24 hrs (48-72 hrs at max), the app will start working as usual.
