Hello Dear, Your bike is with electric fuel pump. This is the reason that you can not find a fuel valve. So all is fine with the bike.

@@SweatyPotatoGN I’m assuming it’s carborated based on the year, so try cleaning out the carb. If that doesn’t work mess with the air screw on the carb and the jetting.

@@kingryan1232 I'm late to your question I know. But I wanted to say that I'm 13 years old, 5'3/160cm and I ride a 2020 SX-F 250. I have almost no experience on bigger bikes, but I can put one leg down comfortably when sitting on the middle of the seat. And i want to say that most of my height is in my legs so that's the reason why I can ride a 250 while being 5'3. Sorry for my bad english.
