Very educational Sir! looking forward to upgrading my KLX BF into a supermoto and I really learned a lot through this channel!! Keep up the good work!!
Super motard.. used to be reserved for bikes over 350cc.. these are just motards.. liking your practical reviews.. Western thinking is so prejudiced "trend" following.. cheers 🇳🇿🇳🇿🇳🇿nz
I have a Yamaha wr155r and want to convert to SM, can you recommend the size of the rims, tires and other specifications? Is it the same as on video or we can have variation and why? Thank you.
You got some serious style..... lol, I'm curious & I think I might've heard you speak about changing the front end forks w/ some other bike's? If I heard ya right, do you mind sharing the other bike mod# again as if it wasn't too expensive I'd really like to have the greater control. Who's doing the "art~work" on these bikes - everything LQQKs sharp...... What's the weight of 2 x 17" rims so I can guesstimate the shipping back -n- forth? Hey, thanks again for the video
Hey man thanks. I think you're referring to a video i made about the XR150L and what parts fit. I featured an xr with USD forks installed. Send me an email and i'll do my best answer stuff.
I would like consider the size wheels as the Honda ADV, and also the adventure tires, which have some road and off road capability. Mag wheels if available. I would keep the same gearing sprocket size as I never drive faster than 45 K anyway. I would like to just drop off the original wheels, save for future resale. Slide in the new smaller wheels. Can this be done? Complete price?
I am thinking about converting my almost new CRF 150 L, because it is too tall for me and I am afraid of dumping it at slow speed. I am 70 years old, not as balanced as I used to be. I have a PCX 160, I do good with it. On the CRF is it needed to cut shorter the kick stand? Can the speedometer be calibrated to smaller wheel? I would keep the old size wheels and buy compete new wheels.
@@earlskie2u This is not a problem for me becasue I never go over 40 K. So as it is now I never use 5th gear. So with the smaller wheel I would have a much lower 1st gear and so on. On the other hand, my CRF is almost new. Maybe I should just sell it and buy a trail bike that is not so tall and more suited to my needs.
So hindi pwede na basta nalang mag palit ng rims at spokes sir magkaka problema ba talaga balak ko kasi bumili ng rims n 17 kala ko ganun lang kadali plug and play may sasayad pala?
Hi boss si have 130/70/17 rear and i want to upgrade it to 150/70/17,im scared to upgrade it cus i have 520 chain setup and the gap of the chain and tire are close , can i still go for 150? And does it look good with 110/70/17 in front?
One of the bikes i featured in this video is rolling on 150/70 & 110/70 tires mounted to 4.25 & 3.50 rims. The chain is not an issue as long your wheels are properly aligned.
