Video is great. But akka weradi 2k kiwwa. 1) jdm version eke infotainment eken vehicle settings access krnna be. Mkda ekata enne after market panel ekk. Aus version eke witharay eka krnna puluwn. 2) jdm version eka 1.5l thamai. Hebei vtec turbo performances ne. Just a regular 1.5 engine. Vtec turbo enneth aus version eke.
Not exactly, CR-V 5th Gen comes only with 2 types of engines irrespective of the market. 1. 1.5L DOHC VTEC TURBO 2. 2.0L DOHC i-VTEC + i-MMD (Hybrid) Performance for gasoline version is 190PS (Horsepower) at 5600 rpm and maximum torque comes up to 240Nm during 2000 - 5000 rpm range You may find these information from Honda Japan official website from following link. www.honda.co.jp/CR-V/webcatalog/type/type/ Also Gathers is not an aftermarket infotainment system, it's the Honda product uses for JDM vehicles. There are certain vehicle settings like ETC, navigation are set through the infotainment system.
@@AmithIndrachapa I admire your opinion. But the thing is, most of the people replace their 'Honda domestic infotainment' system with an aftermarket system for several reasons like, language, incompatibility of Carplay and Android Auto and etc. (You can't even adjust system setting from the infotainment. They added that function also to the instrument cluster with Japanese language) I have seen this website before. My question is, why then JDM CRV owners put HAVOLINE ECO engine oil instead of TURBO one? And, where's the VTEC TURBO emblem in JDM version as we see it in AUS VTI LX, L models?
@@cyberpro8795 You are correct in terms of the language factor. For EX and EX Masterpiece models, it's difficult to adjust settings without the help of google translator if you are not speaking/ reading Japanese. For this, it has to be sent to the Honda dealer and English need to be added before import or have to get the CD down to Sri Lanka through Honda (quite difficult task). However though the CR-V community so far no one has changed the infotainment system as far as I know. Even Stafford also recommend not to make any changes for this in CR-V specifically. About the engine oil, below is what the recommended engine oil by Honda ・ Honda ULTRA NEXT * 1 ・ Honda ULTRA Green ・ Honda ULTRA LEO ・ API SM grade and above 0W-16, 0W-20 In Honda Sri Lanka (Stafford) is not importing Honda oil varieties. Hence them and other service places use the engine oils with recommended specifications. For Sri Lanka it's 0W-20 and I've noticed 5W-30 is being used for made in Thailand versions (Ausie and Stafford). It's the oil viscosity and manufacturer specifications are the factors to be considered when selecting the engine oil, brand is a personal choice after that. In Sri Lanka there are 2 main brand choices provide by many service stations. i.e Chevron and Mobil and Castrol also available in some places. Some are going for places where they offer Honda motor oil (rare). About the emblems, I don't actually like to comment on that, because this is being used to manipulate customers by many car sales. VTEC Turbo emblem is not a must but an exterior feature. In fact this is one point to identify an international version of CR-V. As far as I know, the Stafford version also does not have this emblem.
This car's front display and meter panel all in Japanese cannot be changed to English. Voice commands are also in japanese. This vehicle is having customized settings that can be changed by the user to its desire. So nothing can be done as it is in Japanese. Australian version comes with English. So japanese version is pointless.
