It is so satisfying to see a nice person who has initiative and ideas making his dreams come true. And, how nice, in our country that we welcome people from other countries to meld with us for new ideas, customs and learning. Good luck getting into Reno!!!!!
Oh Nice a swivel seat will be a nice added addition. you could sit there and eat rather than sitting on the cott and yes gives you more room for things for sure love it Mindy . Always nice that you can travel from the snowy mess to where you have sun and warmth. Nice coverage you have to cover you in case of issues. well vehicle to need some lovins occasionally, Batterie regular maintenance for sure eh really looking forward to where you and 9th go.
Oh my, Mindy, my head is spinning. The Tank, the 9th, Canada, Oregon, Washington, the desert , I'm really lost, lol. Anyway, great seeing Hiro himself, doing the swivel seat install. I've been saving up for one myself. I read today, that there are other locations for s proper professional install near me. One in Vancouver Wa., and also in Graham Or. Cool, as I'm in Gldstone , Or. Happy travels, I'll do my best to keep up with where you really are 👀🤷
Life on the Road! The people that I would trust with the install are Austin from Hiro's Hot Rods & Nick from Tonkin Gresham Honda. Both people have full functioning shops with tools and experience to do the install correctly. Good Luck, Cheers!
Hello Mindy ! Wondering why you used the passenger side for the swivel seat? Guessing your build plans are reversed than ninth. Have a safe trip to the warmth!❤
Did you make into town?? I hate that road and to have car issues on it is scary. We call Reno Skeeno in the old skool punk rock world. LoL We have 3 acres outside of town. Theres a nice (and almost empty) camp ground by Davis Creek otw south right off of 395 just after Reno if you need... The sun is out today! 💚
Awesome video as always Mindy…love watching your videos. I installed my swivel passenger seat last July, and just recently got the driver side but this one needs more work and more metal cutting to install. So looking for someone to install it , none in Michigan though. Hey can you elaborate on the curtain you have behind the seats, what products are you using and how is hooked on the car..would love to know please. I have been trying to come up curtain ideas and I think yours is great. I have the heat shield sun shades for all the windows but too much work and they take space when they are rolled-up. Curtain is a better idea in my opinion. Enjoy your time down south wherever you end up. Love your new Element. I think E-Camper is a great to have.
Hello, and it is so nice to read from you. I am still experimenting with my curtain instal too. So far it is a little pesky, but, I have discovered a new way that I will show in the next few weeks. The Heat Shield Blinds are an awesome idea, in theory, but for full time and ease, they suck. I will be exploring more options for window blinds too. #HondaElementsUnite Cheers!
Come to the PNW! I sit on a cushion so I think it only raises it a little. Check in with Austin @HirosHotrods and he can answer all of the technical questions. Cheers!
i would argue that you COULD drive with it this way because of the same reason they make rear facing baby car seats. i had a honda civic with no passenger side view mirror. CHEAP CX HATCHBACK and it was not the only car like that. some cooler sports cars have the mirrors mounted on the fenders since forever. have you ever driven with someone who is used to being the driver and they lean forward all the time to look both ways as if theyre driving to give you the clear and you have to tell them to lean back because you cant see? i would have a mirror watcher or smaller person up front rear facing and sometimes you gotta distribute the weight! so yeah i think you can drive like that. copilot watching your 6 o'clock!
Thank you for all of this great information. I only plan to leave it swiveled when I am traveling Solo. Easy to use in "touch down & take off" travelling. Cheers!
Not sure if you are still in Nevada or not? I live in Carson City, close to Reno and Lake Tahoe. If still here, do you need anything? Wanna have lunch or something? Hope the baby is Ok!
