I have one just like this and it is wonderful to ride , rode mine yesterday march 3 2024 here in the Missouri ozarks , bought mine for $2700 had less than a 1000 miles , it’s smooth and easy to maneuver at my age
I have a red 2015 with 109,000 kilometers, or about65,000 miles. after Harleys, Adventure bikes. This bike is a no brainer, so easy, quick enough cheap on gas hardly any major problems or service needed. I just changed my transmission clutches and belt. These are great bikes if you're under 5'10 the new models might be better if you're over 5'9. I can't say enough good words on this bike, I've ridden all over Thailand and parts of northern malaysia, it gets me down the road and most importantly brings me back... and its very comfortable. But I don't think many Americans are really ready for these bikes. Too bad. Missing out on some great rides.
Bought a 2014 love it also and I own a Honda shadow 1100 saber and a yamaha star venture 1854cc and I love diving this thing around so comfortable and fun !
I have been a bike guy for years. I still am. I have two in the garage now. However, I picked up a Burgman 400 last July. I got the last one in the New England area. What a blast! I wish I would have purchased one years ago. I just added a Honda ADV 150 to the stable. That little bugger is deceptive. It goes like hell! Some bikers may look down on scooters but they are the ones missing out.
@@brianrichard1768 I don't think the seat is too bad . . . yet. I have heard people complain about it. As the weather warms up I will take longer excursions and see how the hindquarters feels about it. As far as the ADV 160 goes, I don't think we'll see it in the USA this year. The Honda Powersports website still has the 1 5 0 listed. So, I took what I could get and I must say that the 150 surprised me and I hear it gets even better as you add on the miles.
Awesome! I just got the same year and model without the box for 3K with 2600 miles. So much fun! I had a Silverwing years ago and a Burgman 650. Not as fast as those as you pointed out, but plenty fast enough for chill cruising!
I just bought a 2014 Forza with 94 miles for $850!! It had been dropped and needed a couple panels replaced. It’s all fixed up now and under $1500 total investment. I love it and the deal I got makes it that much sweeter.
I don't understand that, with traffic and gas prices going up not to mention pollutants. why doesn't the government allow all motorbikes/scooters in? It just makes sense..
I’m looking for a wrecked one of these now in 2023. A friend of mine builds custom scoots, I want to have him put this powertrain into a stretched Ruckus frame to make the ultimate city/suburb hopper. The Forza in its stock configuration is just too large for me, feels like a Harley bagger.
I sold my 2015 Triumph Bonneville about a year ago. Bought a used 2015 Honda Forza. Bought it from an older guy in a nearby town for $3600 and it had 1000 miles on it. Havent regretted it one second. This thing is like driving a lounge chair down the road. Yeah... acceleration isnt quick but its still quicker than a car. And i can hit 75-80mph with me being 250 lbs without a problem. It's great for highways but i wouldnt take it on the interstate for long. And so much storage on it.... fits two AGV K1 under the seat, doubke glove box (one locks and has a power socket)
I call my Forza my Lazy Boy on two wheels.8 years owned and still love it. Looking for another replacement, but can't really find anything that fits me as good...
@brianphuket5951 call mine that too lol it such a comfortable ride in city or on backroads. And the 300cc engine is just fine for state highways. I don't really go in for "ooo more power/bigger engine" mindset. Most folks won't even come close to the limits of a 600cc, nevermind a 900 or 1200.
So did you end up keeping the Forza? I just picked up a '14 today, with 265 miles. Any idea if new body panels can be bought in the US? Previous owner dropped it and scratched a few
I recently purchased a 2007 Honda Silverwing so I sold the Forza. The gentleman who bought it told me he had one and let his neighbor ride it and crashed it. He said the body panels were pretty cheap from Honda because they only made the Forza's in red.
Hi Brian, I have the opportunity to get a forza with the combined braking not the full ABS, do you think a non ABS scooter would have trouble going 60mph through moderate rain?...would you do it? Thank you.
Just got one after my kymco ak550 die on the first day 3 miles away from leaving the dealer :( , 2015 with 16000 miles for $2300 , extra windscreen , is a honda I should at least take 70000 miles out of it with regular maintenance etc. BTW I have a honda vtx1800s and I always have a scooter on the side ,why because is cheap to go around and is much lighter and easy to handle like so comfortable even to put food under the seat etc.
Hi, They call em twist n' go. I bought one in end of February this year Bro. .. . But never had a chance to ride it, as rear shocks needs replacing. But why does the battery keeps going only after a short period of time ?
