I have a fury and I’m looking at a softail standard. I’m in love with it, the only thing is the seat. It’s good at first but after 45 minutes your ass is numb and hurts at the same time. But it don’t take nothing to get a new seat and slap on. The power is nice, the clutch is kinda like a car clutch where it’s shaft driven, it’s a little stiffer but it’s nice once you are used to it. It just floats on the road. Some people don’t like the halogen light but I like the aesthetic. I will say finding aftermarket parts like pipes, grips, pegs, engine modification parts like the intake or covers in different colors are nearly impossible because no one really makes them. But smoking tire garage, low and mean and a couple others have some of those things. Overall what you see is what you’re stuck with unless you have spending money. Even then your options aren’t completely open but I love mine anyway great bike, great quality from Honda as always and overall feel of the bike and comfortability 8.5/10 just because of the seat.
The only cruiser that Hobda makes that is actually pretty cool. Ive seen some pics of the 2025 apdate they're planny for the Fury, and it isn't pretty. Ive only seen 3 on the road (or parked), and these bikes look amazing up close. The first time i saw one, it was this color w street sweepers. I was like, what is that? Then I saw "Honda" on the tank. I would own one of these, or the Star (Yamaha) Raider, if you want muscle on top of looks.
@@Biker65yes but 800 pounds, I have a fury and while it has more power, it’s not very fast. It’s more torquey than fast. Tops out at 112. But I was curious one day. I was cruising around 50 mph, shifted from 5 to 3 and hit it. I went from 50 to 90 (obviously shifting) in about 4.5 maybe 5 seconds. So it’s not crazy fast but it’s more torque than speed
Nice bike. How big are you dude? 6'3" 350lbs? Trying to figure out how big this bike is in relation to my own frame. Theres none around here to sit on and test.
